How'd you transition milk from bottle to sippy cup

So I'm still struggling with DS drinking cold milk from sippy cup at meals. He still takes one bottle warmed up before bed but that's the only bottle. He LOVES his water in his sippy cup. Since my doc appt which was friday we've been offering only milk in a straw sippy cup at meals and waiting around 20 minutes after meals to give him water in a different sippy cup. Does anyone have any other suggestions? this is frustrating! Right now he'll take a sip and throw it on the floor. Ugh.

Have you tried warm milk in his cup? That's what we started with and then just took it out of the microwave faster and faster each time until it was cold.

I have no advice but am hoping others do... we're still doing 3 bottles a day because C refuses to drink milk of any temperature out of the sippy.

We stopped cold turkey with milk in the bottle. I will warn you my DD who loves milk went on a milk strike for probably about a monthish. I would offer it to her, I got several different kind of sippys. Then one day she started drinking it again and is

We pretty much did cold turkey too except for his one night time bottle. For us I think what helped were the actual sippy cups that we found. We went through a bunch but the ones he ended up liking best I found at Kohl's. They are the First Years ones
