I saw online today that they are doing casting for the new season of biggest loser. I feel bad that I immediately thought it would be great if my sister did that show. She's pushing 300lbs and doesn't take care of herself. She only focuses on her two kids. I love her but I'm don't know what I can do to help her get healthy without her getting upset with me. Anyone else have a family member you'd nominate if you could?

    I would definitely nominate my sister. She is in that 300 pound range, and in complete denial. I have always been honest with her about all of her excuses and unhealthy habits. Although I know she would be extremely offended, she would also eventually

    That's a tough call.  As the overweight one in my family, I get pretty annoyed when skinny people feel the need to make comments or give me the side-eye when I'm eating.  Or maybe it's because they seem more concerned with appearances, than h
