My mom called me a little while ago and asked what I want for my birthday (in a couple of weeks). She said if I wanted, she'd taking me out shopping for clothes this weekend, since it's tax-free weekend.
Clothes are nice, but I'm not sure if that's what I really want... though I could always go for new shoes. IDK, I always have a really hard time thinking of things I want. I would like a laptop and I've thought about getting a Kindle, but those are probably out of the price range.
Honestly, I'd prefer just to have cash to put in the bank, but I know my mom would like to go out with me, and she likes giving gifts. I just don't know what to ask for. Ideas?
I know I'm lucky that she's offering to get me a gift, but trying to come up with something I want always stresses me out!
Re: What should I ask for? Birthday!
Good idea!
I always want, and never can ask for b/c my birthday is in October, a pair of these Maine Isle flip flops from LL Bean. They have so many cute patterns! I do have 1 pair and they are SO comfy. Other things I asked for recently were a new glass pitcher from Crate & Barrel and a trifle bowl.
GL coming up with a list!
