I was at Buy Buy Baby and saw "The windi." It sounds funny, but its basically a catheter that you put in their butt if they are gassy. It helps get rid of the gas in their intestines. We also use gripe water, but that is for gas in their stomach. It really works and has been a life saver!! My LO has stopped crying after I use it on her. You can also hear the gas coming out. It is not cheap for what it is, but I am going to sterilize them so I can re-use them. Thought I would share as my LO was super gassy and would cry forever before I got this product. I believe Amazon has it as well.
