FTMs what are you most nervous about?

Other than having an uncomplicated delivery and healthy baby, I think I'm most nervous about two things (which will probably seem silly in a few months from now).

Giving a newborn baby a bath (I know sponge baths will suffice for a little while) and dressing a newborn.

I have watched many many babies in my life but I don't have a lot of experience with newborns. I'm terrified of their floppy little necks/heads! It's going to take me forever to get her bathed and dressed...

So far, I feel the same as most of the PPs as well.

Breastfeeding is going to be a challenge I really want to make it work for bare minimum 6 months, but I'm hoping for a year. It's a huge committment and will be a challenge.

Ladies one key to breastfeeding is to relax! That will help. Ur hospital should have lactation consultants avail to you so make sure u ask questions. I was fortunate and never had issues but know others that did. Just make sure u give it a 100 percent eff
