Other than having an uncomplicated delivery and healthy baby, I think I'm most nervous about two things (which will probably seem silly in a few months from now).
Giving a newborn baby a bath (I know sponge baths will suffice for a little while) and dressing a newborn.
I have watched many many babies in my life but I don't have a lot of experience with newborns. I'm terrified of their floppy little necks/heads! It's going to take me forever to get her bathed and dressed...

So far, I feel the same as most of the PPs as well.
Breastfeeding is going to be a challenge I really want to make it work for bare minimum 6 months, but I'm hoping for a year. It's a huge committment and will be a challenge.

Everything! I have no experience with babies what-so-ever. I've only held a newborn once and for only a few minutes. It might sound silly but I'm nervous about passing the baby to another person, or picking it up and putting it down in the crib. D
