anyone take vitafol-one?

I take Vitafol-One but I only have samples from my doctor.  Something got messed up with my prescription and they sent the wrong vitamins so for now my doctor just gives me lots of boxes of samples.  Anyway there is nothing on the package that says to take it with or without food.  I have always took it right after dinner.  I was wondering if anyone has a prescription and if it says to take it with food or not.  Thanks.

    Yes,I do. I usually take it in the morning after I eat something for breakfast. The package reads to take one daily, but mentions nothing regarding taking it with food. Hope this helps.

    Hi! I don't take these specifically but I'm a pharmacy tech of 5 years and have always heard the pharmacists recommend all vitamins to be taken with food. It helps absorption and it's easier on your stomach. :)

    I take them at bedtime, so without food.

    My pharmacy actually put a little sticker on the box saying to take it either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Then below that it says that if it upsets your stomach, you can take it with a little bit of food. I didn't know that when I was taking

    If it's the single pill Vitafol, then the box I got from the pharmacy said one hour before or two hours after eating, so I took it before bed.  Then my doc prescribed the other one which has 2 pills, and it doesn't say anything about with or without

    I take them, sometimes with and sometimes without food.

    They're not nauseating at all, so I guess what works for you as long as  you take them!

    Thanks everyone for your feedback. Well hopefully I was absorbing enough of it considering I was taking it right after I ate. I will start taking it at a different time....its just hard to have no food within certain periods of time since being pregnant
