Baby has been quiet, like really quiet, since yesterday. I do have an anterior placenta, so I guess he/she could be hiding under the placenta?

I ate chocolate ice cream this evening to try and get baby to move, but I only felt a tiny amount of movement towards the bottom of my belly.

Would you or would you not call the M/W? I'm torn because of the anterior placenta and where I AM feeling movement. I've only felt baby move maybe twice today. Even after chocolate ice cream.

Oh, and ps. A similar thing happened when I was pregnant with J and it was right around the same time. It turns out there is a big growth spurt that happens around this time and they are very quiet during that time.

To be honest, it sounds normal. Movements are typically sporadic until 3rd tri.

At 22 weeks you won't feel consistent movement. If you have been feeling some movement I wouldn't worry much about it.
