allergies ughhh

Every year, during spring I become a miserable person and sinus's swell up and I feel like I just got ram over by a truck everyday.

My doctor told me I can take the off brand of claitin without it hurting my milk supply.

Does anyone have success with taking medicine while breastfeeding?

    I've been taking Claritin for weeks now and it hasn't effected my milk supply. Unfortunately it dsnt seem to be helping my allergies though....ugh

    I have awful allergies from the time things thaw until the freeze again.  I find that if I eat at least a tablespoon of LOCAL honey everyday they get more manageable.  Hope that helps!
