Anyone have this? It doesn't feel like vertigo, or dizziness. I seem to get it during the same time everyday so I wonder if its caused by dehydration or low blood sugar. I don't remember this from my daughter.
I'm not experiencing it, but my first guess is that maybe you aren't drinking enough water. My LC told me to drink twice as much as I was drinking when pregnant (which was already a lot more than I was used to).
I've experienced this a couple times and I agree it's because I'm dehydrated. I need to remember to eat and drink. It's hard when you have a baby that loves to be held all the time!
That's what I figured. It always happens mid morning, after the rush of getting everyone up and moving. Once I realize it I chug water and have a snack. It goes away after a while.
