Oooo, I love rhubarb! I make just the pie filling, bake it in a casserole dish, and use it as a dip for cookies and graham crackers. If I'm feeling adventurous, I whip up some pie crust, cut it into pieces, dip it in cinnamon and sugar, and use it as chip
