I really don't know if this is the right board for this, but have any of your kids tried to eat their crib? Greyson has taken the finish and a chunk of wood off the end of his. It's non toxic, but still, eating wood doesn't seem ideal. Any suggestions?

DD1 had a night when she teethed on the rail. We put the plastic guards on the next day. Since DD2 inherited the same crib, this time I made some fabric rail covers (to hide the old marks and prevent new ones).
