When you are out, how do you heat up your breastmilk that was in the refrigerator? Do you leave it out and it gets warm? We are going on a two hour car trip tomorrow and were are bringing a few bottles of breatmilk, but I am really confused about how to heat it up. (I am not going to breastfeed in public. We are still not good at it.) Today I did not heat up the breastmilk enough and my son and a tummy ache most of the afternoon.

For the next trip there are portable bottle warmers like the one below. My LO fusses when I give her cold milk too. I just let mine come to room temp unless I'm going to be gone for too long and have to bring a cooler.

I would try a hot water bottle in an insulated bag.
When we go on roadtrips, I just take by BF pillow with us and BF in the car. Is that a possibility? Might be easier than worrying about bottles (?)
