I like Zoe Ellen, spelled this way unless Elin is a family spelling.
Elin and Ellen are different names with different origins an different pronunciations. Elin is pronounced EE-lin, an is Scandinavian/Welsh. Ellen is pronounced EH-lin, and is English/Dutch.
OP, I vote Elin. Except Zoe Elin kind of runs together (ZOH-ee EE-lin). I don't care for the others. I love Ellis, but ONLY for a boy. Definitely not for a girl unless it has family meaning.

Ooh! I didn't know Elin was a separate name, but I love it!
Love Zoe Rhodes! To me Zoe Ellis sounds all like one name, like there is no space between the 2 names. Honestly with the choices you listed I don't think you could go wrong with any of them!

The names running together would have me shy away from Elin and Ellis. I'd go with one of the ones that begins with a letter other than E.

Ellis is the only one I like.
