Rash/eczema

My daughter is 17 weeks and about 3 weeks ago developed a rash on her back and one spot on her head. The doctor told me to just keep an eye on it. It hasn't spread anywhere else but isn't really getting better. Just wondering if there is anything I can do to help reduce this from happening?

Not sure if its eczema but Aquaphor baby ointment works wonders on any type of skin condition! My DD had eczema on her cheek and it cleared up in days.
