I've been reading the posts about when everyone is taking their preemies out in public and I'm wondering if this is because the cold/flu season or is there a certain age you'll take them out? My two will likely come home in late May and I'm hopeful that we can take walks during the day, but I'm wondering if this is not an accurate expectation. Obviously, I'll listen to whatever the doctor suggests, but I'm wondering what your reasons are??

most people are out at the beginning of April because it marks the unofficial end of cold/flu season in most areas. My DD came home at the end of february last year and we really didnt start venturing out until the end of April. B
