lol. welcome to monday!
re: the crying baby blog i linked to-- i didn't even notice the carseat pics until pointed out. But i have to say, even on my FB, 99% of the time a child is NOT strapped in correctly. How freaking hard is it to put the chest strap at armpit level and TIGHTEN the straps?? and to make sure the straps are at the correct shoulder level as the child grows? i maen this took me 3 mins of research to figure out how to put my baby in the right way.
oh, or a baby is in there with a HUGEass snowsuit, another favorite.
and, though this one some of you STM's are probably guilty of-- NOT putting down the carrier handle when you put your infant seat in the car. If you are in an accident this could break off, or be pushed down onto the baby. no thanks!
ETA: parents who TURN their very very young child from rear-facing "to make them happier" uhh news flash, they don't know any different!

i really think parents go brain dead-- how can they even look at a child not properly strapped in and think "hey this looks good!"
