Well, after 6 months unsuccessfully TTC and cycles getting less and less regular, I decided to hike up my charting efforts. Starting tomorrow I will be using OPKs and checking CP... only I have no idea what I'm doing. :-)
I read the lessons on FF and obviously I will read the directions on the OPKs, but if there is anything you think I should know before starting, please share.
What time of day do you do each? And for those of you who work full time like I do - how do you manage to sneak a cup in the the bathroom every day and then wait 4 minutes for a response without anyone noticing? My biggest concern is that I will not be able to reliably do this at work.
Thanks for your help (as always)!
