Stillbirth at 20.5 weeks

This past Wednesday 3/27 my husband and I lost our baby girl, Alice, at 20w4d. I have an incompetent cervix (unknown) and went into labor. Yesterday, 3/28, we were supposed to be having our anatomy scan to find out if we were having a boy or a girl, instead we were making burial arrangements.
I am so heartbroken and angry and have so many "what if" questions that can never be answered and won't make anything better.
She was perfect, just not ready for the outside world yet and my body wasn't able to keep her safe any longer.
Once you make it past the first trimester you start to breathe easier, then you hit the halfway mark and you think, I've got this. Things are going well and you are feeling confident in your pregnancy, then bam your world crumbles.
Married 11/23/11, TTC starting 10/12, BFP#1 11/30/12, Adoption of stepson finalized 03/19/13,Loss of our daughter at 20w4d due to incompetent cervix 03/27/13, BFP#2 06/28/13, DS2 born 3/1/14.

I am so so sorry for your loss...I feel as though I am reading my own post. Me and DH went on 3/27 for our 20wk A/S only to find out our baby boy had no heart beat. I delivered him on 3/28 at 5:30am. its only been a few days I still have my moments and

DX: Hypothyroidism (2004) & Possible PCOS (2/2012)
CD3 b/w: Elevated LH:FSH ratio HSG: All clear! Y-shaped Uterus; SA: Normal
Round 1 of Clomid (50mg) 8/28-9/1: BFP!
BFP #1: 9/23/12 Edd: 6/4/2013. M/C 9/28/12 @ 4w4d
Round 2 of Clomid (100mg) 10/3-10/7: BFP!
BFP #2: 11/3/12 Edd: 7/16/2013. mmc discovered at 18w2d (our baby girl stopped developing at 15w3d due to Down's Syndrome). d&e 2/15/13
3/28/13: "quite a few" uterine polyps and scar tissue discovered.
Hysteroscopy (4/16/13): Polyps, Scar Tissue removed. Septate confirmed & removed.
Appt with new RE 5/30/13
Surprise BFP (with no treatment!) 6/30/13
