Bathing question

My baby just turned 1, and has issues with very dry skin, but, now that he is getting to be a "big boy", I feel like he gets dirtier, and needs bathing more often than when he was a "baby". How often do you suggest baths for 1 year olds?

My DD is just about to turn 1. She also has extremely dry, sensitive skin. We only do baths every other day on average. Though, if she gets dirty we most definitely do throw her in the tub regardless if she had a bath the day before.&nbs

DS has eczema so we always bathed him every other day. It's easiest to just stick with that routine for dd as well.

LO is 10 mo and has moderate excema. We bathe everyday with just lukewarm water because he is such a water baby and has always loved his bath. We do soap every third day. The we grease him up two times per day with Aquaphor.

Ds has moderate eczema. He gets a bath 2 nights a week and we do aveeno baby lotion each night.

DD has the same problem. We use Aveeno bath wash and lotion. Aquaphor also helps with the dry skin.

However often you feel like your baby needs. I think every day is fine if you are smart about non-irritating products. We like the Eucerin/Aquaphor baby wash, Aquaphor ointment, and coconut oil.
