I need some inspiration! I want to make some meals to have in the freezer but am having trouble coming up with anything.
Since I'm due June 15 they need to be meals we will actually want to eat in summer, lots of my casserole recipes will probably be too heavy. So far all I have is Mexican lasagna and good ol'mac and cheese
Thankfully DH loves to grill but since this is baby number 3, I know from experience that it's good to have a few things prepared! The help does dwindle after the first couple weeks!

my read shelf:
Crock pot salsa chicken! I add black beans, shred. It freezes great and then I defrost it and put it into a tortilla with some cheese to make quick quesadillas on the stove top. Or you combine it with cheese and/or rice and roll it in
spaghetti - freeze the pasta and sauce mixed together.
chilli -there are so many different kinds you can make. I love this because you can it eat it alone, over rice or even in a bun (sloppy joe style). It thaws well too.
