csection and lumpy stomach?

I've had a pretty difficult pregnancy thus far, and now baby is breech with very low amniotic fluid. Dr will schedule me for a csection at next appt. I know its vain of me, but everyone I know who has had a c section now has a lumpy stomach. Is there any hope of not having one, or is it just par for the course? I'll take it as long as my baby is healthy, just curious... TIA

    No lumps here ;-) 

     Then again, what you mean by lumpy? You cant even see my scar anymore, almost completely blended in. As long as you stay fit after youre healed, c section doesnt differ from v. Birth.  <span class="Apple-style-s

    Explain lumps.  No lumps here.  A lucky one with no stretch marks and a flat tummy (though I did work out throughout and ate healthy so not THAT lucky) Stick out tongue<

    No lumpy stomach. No stretch marks. C/s because DS was breech as well.

    My little girl was breech, she was stuck in my pelvis.
    I have very little lumps but the doctor said it will go away.

    Me: 35 DH: 30 TTC since 1/2010 DX: 6/15/2011: MFI IVF with ICSI

    IVF #1: Sept 2011: Beta 10/10- BFP!! 1st u/s 10/31/11 1 blighted ovum, 1 embryo 2nd u/s 11/14/11 stopped growing, no h/b D/C 11/17/11

    IVF #2: FET 5/4/12 : Beta 5/16/12 BFN

    IVF #3: ET 7/6/12 : 7/18 Beta #1 BFP at 246, 7/20 Beta #2 at 713, 7/27 Beta #3 at 9068. 1st u/s 8/7 with one lovely hb.

    no lumps or stretch marks here....my first CS was 3 years ago and before I got pregnant again I was fit with a flat stomach.  Felt comfortable in a 2 piece swimsuit and everything.

    Signing in as another one with no lumps, no stretch marks, and a flat tummy.. 

    Plemty of women who give birth vaginally have messed up stomached..
