Baby Shower

So I have tactile sensitivity and cannot touch fleece. Since many baby items are fleece would it be tacky to have my sister note under where it says were registered "no fleece items please." Not only will I not be able to use the items, but I won't be able to touch at the shower and I don't want to be rude. I know it sounds stupid but it's a serious problem and a big annoyance for me.

I personally think it would be weird on an invite. Since it's summer, you probably won't get much fleece anyway.

I don't see an issue with it. If are that sensitive to fleece, let people know. BTW, I'm the same way about cotton balls. They make me gag. I also have a texture thing with foods. I get it.

I'd note it if it makes you more comfortable, on a separate card mailed with the invitation. I'd e mortified if I brought a gift to the shower and the mother couldn't touch it.

I think it would be ok. I would probably assume there was some sort of allergy and wouldn't even question it.

Or, if you are too worried about that, at least on BRU registries there's a place for a note from you. You could always put it there.
