E is suddenly COVERED in hives all over his trunk and back

I have no idea where this could have come from- he hasn't had solids in 2 days, I haven't changed detergents, the only change is I used the leftover Johnson's baby wash from the hospital...could that be it?

I have a call in to the pediatrician

My guess would be the soap, my LO broke out in hives from j&j baby oil. I stick with Aveeno products and have no issues
