I know at 37 weeks you are considered full term. My OB said she only schedules them in the 39th week. I've had my date for repeat csection since November I am having him May 6th actual due date is May 11th.
I don't think they will schedule one that early unless there is medical reason. Everything I've heard is that for a normal, uncomplicated pregnancy they wait until at least the 39 week mark

My doctor wanted to schedule my csection at between 37 to 38 weeks.But that was because I had previous surgery to my uterus and couldn't withstand labor so the csection had to be scheduled early enough that I didn't go into labor first.
