Ok, so I took my very first Ovulation Predictor test just now and was positive for the "surge". Question: do I have sex tonight? wait till tomorrow? What will maximize our baby makin chances?

Yep. Have sex on the positive nights.

I would have sex every other day or every few days leading up to the surge, definitely on the positive days, and every day until my temperature shifted, if you're charting, too.
