Cervical changes?

We had a rough night my little man is very sick. : anyways at 3am I Lost part of my MP, I also lost a bit last week but this time it followed by painful period like cramps all in my tummy and Contractions that intensed the cramps/pain, and some Lower back ache But the contractions were a few and then none and then a few and none, all through the night. I was beginning to think oh if this is the start of the real thing it is super bad timing, my little man is so sick rigt now.. Still this morning almost 8am here I have maintained mild cramping and contractions here and there, im wondering if it is just cervical changes? Dilation causing cramping.. Time will tell I guess, anyone else experience this though??

    Yup. I've been experiencing the same thing...cramping and contractions. Been dealing with this a lot over the past week, cramping keeps intensifying, along with the contractions. I just got back from my weekly appt and I went from 3 cm dilated, 75% efface
