Also another name from Duck Dynasty. (I think we watch this show way too much, lol.) But I don't think it will get popular because of the show. It is already highly ranked on the SS list I believe. Top 300 or so.

I have always liked this name and I love the nn Si.

Mama to 3 Beautiful babes ages 1, 3 and 5. ttc #4. Finley Belle, Ezra Bennett and Josephine Pearl.

    I like it, but I do think it's one of those "Hmmm... not sure if Amish or trying to be cool" kind of names.  
    High School English teacher and mom of 2 kids:

    DD, born 9/06/00 -- 12th grade
    DS, born 8/25/04 -- 7th grade

    I love Silas, but we probably won't use it because I am afraid it WILL get popular soon. I saw somewhere that Jase was making its way up the charts.

    I like Silas. Si is a nice nn. I think it goes well with your sibset. I personally think names in the 300s are not too popular.

    We like it. It's on our list but not high up. Never seen Duck Dynasty, but Silas was one of the sons on Weeds.
