    I was hungry and couldn't fall asleep, so I ate and watched Netflix. I've been in bed for about half an hour now, and it's not really working. The cat wanted to cuddle, so I indulged him for a bit. Now I'm thinking its time to try a warm shower.

    Got lots of non sleep last night, woke up at 5 am to sweaty pillow and decided to say up. At least on my days off work I get 11 hrs of sleep.
