We haven't. I do not like any names enough to give to my LO's, haha. Hopefully, this is just a hormonal phase and I will come up with something along the way.
I'm not really a huge fan of the first name we chose for this baby, but since I got to choose our first daughter's ENTIRE name and he went with the first name I chose for our second daughter and I picked middle I let him pick the first name for this baby
We decided on names by just throwing ideas out at each other. We already knew middles names since we wanted them to have meaning to our families. From their we would discuss names that flowed well with the middle and last. We worked from the middle out

We will finally be a family of 4
For DS1 we knew his first name would be Cortlandt because it is a family name but it took us forever to come up with a MN but when my husband said Isaiah we knew it was "the" one.
With DS2 we just fell in love with the name Camden and didn't
When DH and I first moved in together in 2008 we used to go through names for fun when we were falling asleep at night. We had them narrowed down to about 10 favourites (5 girls, 5 boys) by the time we were ready to start trying. Then it qu
DS's middle name is my father's name, so that was easy. His first name was not decided until after he was born - we had a lot of trouble deciding. We haven't even started talking about this one and we've known it's a boy for 6 weeks already.
I have always enjoyed coming up with different name combos, so when I got pregnant with DS1, I told DH all my favorite first names for boys and girls (we were team green). He agreed to some so we moved forward from there. For a middle name,
We both had a general idea of names we liked so we'd just toss them back and forth every so often (car rides, over dinner, etc). Anything the other hates, gets vetoed. Some were "maybe". Until we come up with a short list that we both love. Middle names a
We had her MN picked out as it is a tradition in my family to use the 2 grandmother's names, had we still been in South Africa that would have been her first name...MH picked her first name out of sentiment: the night we met, him and his friends
It was very tough coming up with DS's first name, there was nothing we both loved and we needed a name that can be pronounced in English and Spanish. I had to like how it sounded in both languages too. LOL
We haven't decided and aren't anywhere near decided. Even for our first, team green, we still couldn't agree. When DD was born, the midwife liked my choice better so I said majority rules lol. DH and I don't want that to happen again, but neither of us lo
H had a girl name that he really wanted, that I like, and I had a boy name that I really wanted that he liked, so it's worked out. As far as middle names, we both decided to use family names, and have agreed on both of those as well.
We figured out DS's name by each making a list of names we liked, and seeing if there were any in common. We then were able to veto as many as we wanted off of each others' lists. Then we combined the lists and played around until we got one we both liked

I recommend each picking one "have to have" and one "ultimate veto" but not for specific names, more values. Like have to star with a J, named after a family member, sound Spanish, be unique. Or veto weird spelling, names that end in ayden, names too comm
DH and I are early planners. We both have full veto power if a name is suggested that we don't like. We just keep tossing out names and combos, and eventually reached our decisions.
It's sooo hard! For DD we talked and talked about it for months and even then we were undecided going to the hospital. My DD was unnamed for 1 day. No mn for a week. Nothing really grabbed me although there were several I loved. Now I think we absolutely
We made a list and both vetoed names we didn't like that the other chose. We knew DD's MN would be the same as mine, but took a list of 4-5 first names with us. We expected to see her and automatically know which name was best for her but stil
Well, the father of the baby isn't really in the picture. But I know if it was a boy I was going to name him after my maternal grandfather and my maternal great uncle the name would Bradley Mark. And for a girl I am still tossing around two different name
With dd, we put together a long list of names that we both liked. When we found out she was a girl, we focused on our girl list and one of the names eventually just clicked for both of us. We're kind of doing the same thing this time.
Well, with our first we knew our boy and girl names for ages after just lots of chit chatting about it over the years. The middle name is his grandpa's name- which is unisex enough to go either way).
