Snow? Really?

We just woke to snow. On april 2nd. What's even more strange, is no one seemed to know it was coming. It's been 40 and 50 out.  It was enough snow that my husband had to brush off his car for 3 minutes.

::grumble::  

And my kid has her first stomach bug. Her first one ever. She's 7, so I guess that's pretty good. But this vomiting every hour stuff, and her feeling miserable can go away now  :(  At least it's Spring break.  SPRING break, with snow on the ground.

    Ewww and gross to both the snow and stomach bug.  Both are awful.

    I am, however, extremely impressed that she made it to seven years without that illness.  I don't think we made it to seven months (thank you daycare!).

    Oh that's annoying. At least you aren't missing out on any beautiful weather with your DD.

    I vote for ordering in a pizza for you and cozying up with some movies on the couch for DD.

    We've had every bug BESIDES a stomach one in the past 7 years, especially in the past two years since she started school.

    Ugh...a double whammy! Hopefully its the last snow of the season and spring will be here to stay.

    LO was born during a blizzard. On April 30. It was nuts. Planes grounded and everything.

    We're supposed to get more tomorrow but I certainly hope it stops before the end of the month this time.

    Yuck. Stomach bugs are the worst! I hope your DD starts feeling better soon and count me in too for being impressed that she went 7 years dodging that bullet! My DD is 3 and has had it once. Hope she feels better!
