Anyone elses hair falling out like crazy?

Okay so I normally have very fine oily hair. I am used to having a bunch of hair fall out just because it is so fine but lately I have been losing so much of it! Also, my hair went from super oily (washing it every other day) to dry (can go a week without washing it). I even cut it short hoping it would help with the falling out but so far I am still losing a ton of hair every time I brush it or wash it. My friend who gave birth in November said her hair didn't fall out at all when she was pregnant but that it stayed oily. I know it's different for every woman but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced hair changes during pregnancy. Any tips for the falling out or dryness?

Mine definitely is not. Most pregnant women have the opposite problem thanks to the hormones. I have barely lost any hair and mine is so thick and long now... I actually love it, except for the oily part.

It might not be pregnancy related, could be something else, stress etc. you can do hot oil treatment at home and see if it helps, but otherwise, I have no real advice!

Mines falling out like crazy. Ive heard some women dont loose any. I wouldnt stress about it. I can go at least 3 days without washing (partly because I'm lazy : ).

With DS1 my hair fell out 3 months pp, and didn't stop for like 6 months. But my hair has been falling out with this pregnancy! It's not as bad as my postpartum loss before but definitely annoying.

Mine didn't fall out with DS but it broke off like crazy and looked so unhealthy. Once I had him it became nice and healthy again. I didn't get the pregnancy beautiful thick hair thing. This one I think is starting to go the same way. Don't worry.

Me! Me! Me! And sooo dry. I hate even touching it to wash it because it feels so different when its wet. Not sure what to do either:/

Mine isn't falling out now but it did after DD was born. I wasn't bald by any means but all that extra fullness went bye bye. Honestly, I've never heard of hair getting thinner during pregnancy. Maybe ask your OB?

Mine is noticeably thinner. I have thyroid problems, so my OB just checked my levels. Could be totally normal...I wish I had the fabulous pregnancy locks!

I use Redken All Soft for the dryness. I highly recommend it!
