I was thinking of putting lounge pants, a nursing tank and a robe on my registry, thinking I would use the outfit during my hospital stay. Do you think it's appropriate?

Nope. I'd prefer to buy something for use with the baby. But that's my opinion.

I would say its not appropriate cause its YOUR registery, put what ever you want but I wouldnt put that.

I don't think it's appropriate. Also, there's a chance all that stuff will get ruined during your hospital stay, so I would bring older items to wear if I were you.

I wouldn't have a problem seeing it on there...or even a camera, older toddler toys, etc. As for the tank, pants, robe...I always (for my good friends/relatives) give someone personal to the mom anyway and this way I could see what they actually wan
