hands falling asleep at night

Anyone else having this kind of issue? I wake up and have to make a fist over and over to get them back to normal. Drives me crazy though. Lol if you have, have you figured out another way to help it? I drink just over 100 ounces of water a day, but being more hydrated hasn't helped.

Yup.... both hands. My doctor has told me it is my carpal tunnel acting up. Hopefully it'll fade after I give birth.

Pregnancy carpal tunnel - my hands were completley numb from the pinky and going in to my middle finger on both hands by the end of third tri. Went away 100% within 2 weeks of giving birth.

Yup, pregnancy carpal tunnel.

I have this now. My dr recommended buying a wrist brace got mine at Walgreens and wearing it when I sleep. I've been using the brace for a few days now but haven't noticed much of a difference yet.
