leaks but dry diaper!!

My girl is 3,5 months. I've noticed for about 1 week now, that at night, when she wakes up for feeding she's wet all over and her bedsheets too. but what is amazing is that her diaper is dry i've been using pampers swaddlers all along n recently started using size 2. It's like somehow the urine escapes the diaper and finds it's way out. am wondering if it's not the fact that she moves so much and always has her legs in the air literally.
Does anyone have experienced that? if yes, what's the solution?

    That happens with our DS whenever he bumps up to a larger-size diaper. He is now in size 3 Huggies Little Movers.

    I've just make sure the legs are on snug, and then I pull all the little ruffles out around the legs.

    Maybe the Swaddlers don't fit her body? There are some brands that just do not fit my son right, and therefore aren't snug enough to contain everything.

    Our DS has no butt & skinny hips & had this issue until we folded the top like an accordion & pulled the tabs super tight. This worked like a charm & is a truck used in hospitals for preemies who don't fit any diaper. Gr'ma is an OB nurse
