A sleep mask at the hospital, that is. I threw it in my bag at the last minute and used it sooo much the last couple of days. Great for snoozing when the sun was shining, and even at night because the nurses asked us to keep one light on so they could check on baby's coloring during the night.
Also make sure the towel you pack is an old one... I got some gross PP bleeding on it after my first shower so I'm glad I grabbed an old one I can just throw away.
Just thought I'd share as I'm thinking about it!
