It was so much easier to give LO tylenol,etc. in his bottle. Now that he is older he dribbles his medicine or turns his head. I would try mixing it with applesauce or food but he dosent always finish it or take much. Tricks, suggestions please.
We had luck with laying my son down on the diaper changing table and then gently pinching his cheeks together to help funnel it down. (this sounds really weird in writing) I hope it makes sense.

DH holds DD and I give the med in a syringe and squeeze it into the back corner of her mouth. If I have to, I lift her chin up and close her mouth so she doesn't spit it out.

Honestly, I use a medicine dropper, hold him down and kind of funnel in it.
It sounds horrible, but I just prefer to get it done and over with and know he got the correct dosage in about 20 seconds.
