Looks like I'm! joining you ladies

Hi! So I tested this evening to make sure I could drink this weekend while we are away. I've been spotting but no real period (which I should have had by now). OMG! BFP on both the FRER and the Digital. DH and I are excited and in shock, we never expected this to happen this soon! I am however concerned about the spotting. Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a CP? I am planning on calling my doc in the morning to get an appt.  Congrats to all you ladies!!!

This is my first, I'm not spotting. But I know I've had friends spot during pregnancies, especially in the beginning, and all was OK.  Fingers crossed! Congrats and welcome!

    Welcome and congrats!!

I've known several friends to spot early in pregnancy. If it's not accompanied by substantial cramping, usually there's no concern. I'd definitely call your doctor for peace of mind, though.

I think as long as you aren't filling a pad, and don't have cramps to go along with the bleeding, it's probably okay. Congrats!!

Everyone here is giving you the right info.  Spotting is completely normal and common in the first tri-mester.  Most of time, as long as you are not bleeding red, or heavy like a period, then things are okay.

    Now, with that being said,

Yay!  Congrats and welcome!  I haven't been spotting, but multiple sources say it is normal. If you're concerned, you can contact your dr.
