I know it hasn't been that long since you posted, but how is Otis doing? Did you see any other docs or get any other insight into what's causing it?

Jay and I are operating under the assumption that he has eczema caused by cat and dog dander and PMLE. His skin is still incredibly dry and causes him to scratch all.the.time.
