? About the circular gates

You know those gates that you can use that are kind of circular?  Can you break them up and also use them individually?  We have a sunken family room and dd has a tendency to fall head first into the step.  I was hoping to be ale  to use half of the gate to block the step and the other half to block our fireplace for the same reason.  I know they have gates for odd shaped areas, but they tend to have to be screwed into the walls.  Was kind of hoping to avoid that.

    We have this one around our entertainment center. It works great for blocking it off. I don't think we can break it into sections,

    We have the plastic North States Superyard - two of them actually.  The panels do come apart, and we use them at my parents' house for the same situation you described.  Works great!  We have reconfigured them many times as DD has grown and

    We have two of these plus an extension kit..  we started off with a 6x8 super baby jail  that we could easy fit two adults and a munchkin and a buttload of toys..and gradully broke it down to smaller baby jails and door window  barriers.&nb
