is Sinus pressure a progesterone side effect?

I'm trying to determine if I'm getting a cold, dealing with allergies, or if this is just a nasty side-effect of the progesterone suppositories....  it's not on my list of common side effects, but I know it's one of the pg symptoms so maybe it's a side effect of the buildup of progesterone in my system from the suppositories?

My sinuses are swelling and causing alot of pressure in my face.  I don't have a runny nose at all, or any major congestion - just pain.  It started this morning and is getting worse.  I'm on my 8th day of the progesterone suppositories, so it could be them maybe?   

Aside from the Neti pot - any advice about ways to relieve it?   Are nasel sprays safe during the 2ww?

7 IUI's - December 2012-September 2013.  Medicated, Injected, Triggered.... all BFN.

Normal AMH & FSH, AFC ~27, blocked tube dx'd via HSG in 2012.   Hydrosalpinx & ovarian cyst dx'd in May 2013.
dx of Stage IV Endo & bilateral salpinectomy in June 2013.

Partner IVF#1a- December 2013 - H's eggs, my Ute - CANCELLED due to low response
Partner IVF #1b - February 2014 - H's eggs, my Ute - ER February 4 (10 retrieved, 3 fertilized), Transfer Feb 7 of one Grade 1 and one Grade 2 day 3 embryos.  1 - Day 3, Grade 1 frosty saved.   BFP - 6dp3dt via FRER, Beta #1 - 110, Beta #2 175, Beta #3 - 348, Beta #4 - 2222!, Beta #5 - 4255.  Ultrasound (6w1d) - 2 heartbearts!  

We lost our beautiful Twin baby girls on June 18, 2014.  Tavin Sara and Casey Elizabeth were born at 21 weeks gestation and were absolutely beautiful, precious, amazing babies.  We miss our daughters every day and love them with all our hearts.

    Never had a side effect like that.  As for the pain, you could try Tylenol or even sudafed (nothing that says D though) for the pressure...not sure about nasal spray, those aren't on the list that the RE gave me.

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

     My guess is it's allergies, though I live somewhere warm so everything's starting to bloom and spread plant spooge all over.

    I would ask your RE.

    That stinks!  It seems like I have had something similar during the 2ww before.  I didn't really associate it with the progesterone, but maybe it was now that you mention it. I am in the 2ww now and just got an aweful acne like rash and the RE t
    37yrs old. Married 9 yrs. TTC since 2010. Clomid with no monitoring. Dx with PCOS. Started with RE..3. HSG normal. Husband normal. 3 Failed IUI with letrazole, 1 cycle canceled with letrazole bc no follicle development. Took break...natural pregnancy...resulted in miscarriage@6wks, D&C. Currently(2013) started injectables(Menopur)&will do another IUI. Have been doing acupuncture weekly for 2 yrs. On metformin and supplements.
