We made our goal of 6m EBF. I really feel like it was a huge accomplishment, especially with an unsupportive first pediatrician and everyone wanting to give him food. I was telling DH that I think it was bigger than my master's thesis in terms of sense of
Last week I celebrated 6 months of exclusively breastfeeding. I decided I deserved a treat so I got a really nice bottle of champagne and a fancy, locally made chocolate bar. I shared the champagne with DH, but not the chocolate!
We're doing great! 30DS is killing my boobs, and I threaten her with weaning so I can eat cheese and frozen custard again (and more than a cup of coffee!), but I don't mean it. Overall I BFing and doubt I'll actually stop anytime soon.
We'll hit 6 months on Friday here - congrats to all the 6 monthers! The last few weeks have been going really well - she started eating less at daycare again, so I'm outpacing her, which is nice! She's chunking up lately - she's gained a pound in the l
Still going here. He's proving to be a much more distracted nurser than DD was. With DD, nursing took precedence over everything else. With DS, he's so damn distract able. My nip is getting pulling in every direction and hell pop on, off, on, off etc.
I made it to our first goal of 6 month EBF as well! We just started some purees and DS is pretty indifferent to them, which I'm ok with for now. He's still up 3-4 times a night which I'm hoping to get reduced to 1-2 very soon.
We also made it to our 6 month goal! Congrats to everyone else who made it too!
We have been supplementing DS with formula while I go to school as my boobs decided this time around they did not like the pump and will not produce for it. With DD I
I just want to applaud all of you ladies. I wanted to BF so bad but my milk never came in. I wish I had done more research on it and knew about all the supplements out there that were available. But my milk may have never come it...
We are still here going strong and she turns six months tomorrow. I'm really proud that it is going so much better than it did with ds. We really struggled and it was never enjoyable. I think I can actually make it work this time. I even kind enjoy it thi
It's going great for us. I'm happy that I haven't had to supplement at all. We started purees a little over a week ago, but I'm not seeing any difference in the amount she is nursing. She still wakes up at least 2 times per night,
Made to 6 months which is when I stopped with my DS, but I am going to keep going! My new goal is June 1 when she is 9 months old. So far so good and I am so proud that I am still going and it's past 6 months. Not an easy task when you w
We are still going strong. I'm seriously missing eating dairy though, even though for the most part our lifestyle is adjusted to me eating dairy free. Our goal has always been between 12-24 months. He eats once at night still but wakes multiple time
We are also going strong! DS will be 6 months next Wednesday and we are going to start solids sometime after that which I think will be kind of fun! We are going to try BLW, too.
It's going great! We had spring break last week and it was so nice to take a break from pumping 3x per day. Now that I'm back at work I'm pumping again. I am so surprised I made it to six months and I'm proud of myself. I think my new goal is 10 months.
We are doing great, he loves BFing, so I don't think we will have to stop anytime soon. I just wish he would be more enthusiastic about eating food. And talk about distractable, if I say anything at all while he is nursing he pulls off so fast
Lily is still nursing first thing in the morning and last thing at night, which I love. We're starting to give her solids more regularly now, at breakfast and dinner, so we'll see how that affects her intake during the day.

I only had 2 goals when I started, EBF until I started back to work in January and 6 months. She is 6 1/2 months and we are still going. At this point, I just take it week by week.
I hate pumping at work, but I have it down to 2 sessions an

Going great here! He takes three 4 oz bottles during the day, while I am at work. I nurse him twice in the evening, twice in the night (sometimes three times).

Still going strong. We recently started solids but she is not a fan so far and does not swallow much. We had an epic projectile vomit incident late last week an hour after trying Banana and I think we were all traumatized. We have taken a few days off and

Still breastfeeding here!! LO will be 6 months tomorrow and I thing we will start BLW this weekend. I'm very proud of how far I've gotten. It was NOT easy in the beginning but I'm so glad I stuck with it and got help. She is definitely thriving on my BM a
EBF for 6 months then we started solids a few weeks ago. Still bfing at home and pumping at work. She isn't loving food as much as I would like. Super proud of myself for making it this long and marathon training now.
Things are going well here! Nola will be 7 months on Thursday and we're still "EBFing". I say that with quotations because she's been on solids for almost a month, but still only gets BM as her main source of nutrition. She nurses 5 times a day (althou
We're still happily plugging along. DD is 6 months on Saturday. I am hoping to make it to 1 year(ish). We will likely start TTC around 18 months so it will be nice to have a bit of time with my body back
Still going strong over here. I swear everytime I feel my supply is dipping LO decides to wake up a few times during the night and it gets my supply right back to normal. Or sometimes to an oversupply. Still pumping at work too which personally I absolute
6 months EBF and I'm really enjoying it! These 6 months have flown by so fast that I'm almost sad to see another 6 go by and then have to start thinking about weaning I think I'll be more heartbroken than he will be! It's just so easy, and such a nice

This was a great thread to read.
I haven't reached my goal yet - it's actually to get my son through a surgery & recovery which takes place on 4/5 (coming up!)
But so far, so good. My pedi told me I should have him on 3 meals per
