Boo. 39 weeks, 3 days and not dilated at all.

Any other mommas to be in the same boat? I'm so bummed.

I'd really rather not get an induction in the case that it would turn into a c-section.

Sigh.

I wasn't dilated with my first until right around 39-40w. I went into labor pretty much out of nowhere (at least to me, barely dilated, baby still WAY up high, no prior contractions even BH, etc.) at 40w3d. Don't worry - you still have plenty of time. I d

Yeah, it seems like they are pointless based on what I've read and heard from other women. I guess it just a waiting game...

I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and I'm not dilated at all either. I really wasnt expecting to be since the one time I went into labor, I was 10 days late. It's just kind of surprising that all this groin pain isn't doing anything.

I'm also at 39 weeks and we aren't dilated at all either :-( The dr. did an u/s and he's still breeched so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it or not. Since I'm a FTM, I don't know much about what prompts labor. We're hoping he'll come

I wasn't dilated until I went into labor. Hadn't even lost mucus plug. Went in at 39 weeks exactly. When I got to the hospital I was only 1 cm 50 effaced and my daughter was born 4 1/2 hours later and Im a FTM...Internals mean nothing lol.
