Girls using the estrogen patches

How do you take them off when you need to change them?  I tore the heck out of my skin last night while taking one of the patches off and now it's raw and hurts like he!!....Can you use stuff like goo gone to get the patches off? What do you do?

    I take them off while I am in the shower. The goo seems to take a couple of days to get completely off though.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    I will be starting them tomorrow morning and I thought one of the girls here said she lifts a corner and then uses baby oil and a Q-Tip to work it out.  Maybe try that?

    I take them off after my shower - it helps loosen them.
    IVF w/ ICSI #2 - fraternal twins born December 2010 at 36 weeks.
