Uodate: Prayers please!

My sister is 36wks pregnant. She's contracting really hard every 3 to 4 minutes...for the last hour and a half. She's done everything you're supposed to do to see if they'll stop and they haven't. She's in a lot of pain and feeling nauseous. This baby needs to stay in there! Please pray for her as they head to the hospital!

Update: her cervix is closed and the baby is high! They ended up having to give her a shot to stop contractions. They did release her though. She said she's sore from contracting for 6 hours but ok otherwise. Thank you all for the prayers!

    TPs for your sister! I had Elijah a couple days after I turned 36 weeks, he was healthy and didn't need any nicu time. Please let us know how she and baby do!

    I am praying for your sister and her baby! I had Dalilah at 36 weeks and 5 days, and she was healthy with no problems. We were both home in 4 days. Let us know how they are both doing!

    Glad to hear things are going well right now.  I had Addy at 36 weeks and 6 days.  She is completely healthy and has no issues as a result.  Keep us posted!

    Just saw this! I am glad to hear she has stopped contracting! I hope she can keep her baby in a few more weeks.  L was born at 38 weeks exactly after 4 months of preterm labor scares! Good luck to her!

    Glad everything has worked out! I had the same thing around 32 weeks then had to be induced 3 days after my due date : These babies can't seem to make up their minds sometimes.
