Hi ladies,
I just found out I am pregnant with my second child. I am currently ten weeks. With my first, I had a terrible delivery 32 hours of labor, 4 hours of pushing, vaccuum extraction, hemoraging and I think a lot of it had to do with my epidural which didn't help with the pain at all. Needless to say, I am very nervous about labor this time but am hoping to go natural. What should I start doing now to try to prepare myself?

I would start with Ina May's Guide to Childbirth by Ina May Gaskin. It is such a wonderfully positive book.
