Lets Talk Bag Sleepers

For those of you who use bag sleepers for PJ's.....what do you dress LO in under bag sleepers? Right now I'm dressing him in socks, a shortsleeve onsie, and then the fleece bag sleeper over it. I'm always worried about him getting too warm, but don't want him to be cold. We always have a constant 70 degrees in the house. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Lets Talk Bag Sleepers

  • We don't put anything else on. Our LO sweats a lot.

  • We use the sleep sacks, the ones without the arm sleeves. So we put him in footie pjs. But his room always feels cooler.

  • We use just a cotton footed sleeper with ours too now that nights are pretty chilly here. Otherwise, we use just a long sleeve onesie because he gets HOT!

  • I put a onsie and a sleep sack and a blanket that I attach to the mattress so it won't go on his face. It gets cold at night...

  • Fleece footie pjs and a fleece sleep sack, but his room is 64-68 degrees overnight.
  • We have cotton sleep sacs and microfleece.

When we use the cotton sleep sac, we put him in light, two piece pjs (long sleeves and pants).

When we use the microfleece sleep sac, he's just in a long sleeved onesie and thats it.
