I Love Follow-Ups

Do you ever wonder what happens when people tell you something on one of these boards, and then you never get a follow-up so you're left wondering, wheels spinning? Recently we have had updates from Shanado, NativeFloridian and I think one other. I love these!

There are sooo many people who's stories I wish they would expound on, let us know what ended up happening, etc. If anybody writes something and then wonders if any of us care, well, I DOOOO! I want to know what happens! It's like when a network cancels your show without a series finale!

    Sometimes I wonder if my regaling you all with the tales of my ex is getting annoying, but then I figured that when people don't update there's always a request for an update.  So I just update anyway, lol.

    Speaking Of--- Anyone hear from Amblincon or however he name was.. I think of her whole situation sometimes and wonder...

     NF is great at keeping us posted!

    Ambicklion? I don't remember her situation?

    I do know there was a chick a few weeks ago who posted, like, once about being abused and then disappeared. There have been SO MANY over the past two years that I wish would've followed up! Boo to no follow-ups!

    Ambicklion was the Bumpie with Baby K, right? I've been wondering about baby K a lot, but couldn't remember the SN that went along with the story...

    I love follow ups, too :)  Especially when there's a tough parenting conundrum where everyone offers advice, I like seeing how things actually worked out and what works for other people.

    The details are all fuzzy now, so anyone feel free to jump in and correct me, but if I recall correctly, her cousin had a baby girl (Baby K) in a less than ideal situation (her pimp was the baby's daddy?). Baby K had some serious health issues and was staying in the hospital. The cousin wouldn't go visit and Ambick's family was taking over. Last we heard, I think Baby K had been moved to a TX hospital (where Ambick's family was) while cousin remained wherever she was (I want to say West Coast, but really not sure on that one)
