Here I am...
40 weeks one day
On friday at my doctor appt I was:2cm,50% effaced .station -3
the annoying comments are starting to get to me....where's that baby? When's that baby coming? and a few more typical ones...It's like if I had the answer the kid would already be here!
OH and i LOVE the "helpful comments"
you just have to walk- I worked up until friday in a room of one year olds, do you think I just sat on my butt??

yada yada yada....this kid is only going to come when he or she wants to , no sooner, no later.... I am so anxious for this little one to get here!! Come on baby !

The most annoying "you're still pregnant?" comment- "You're never going to make it to your due date". People are saying it because I'm carrying so low. Reality is that I will most likely make it and I really don't want to get it in my head that she's coming sooner than she most likely will!

Just glad to know that things are moving along...might be a few days or a few weeks but either way....it's going in the right direction.

Im not really annoyed with anyone saying it since everyone is trying to change thier schedules to be there I just think its funny that if my mom cant get ahold of me on the phone in 5 minutes she thinks im in the hospital in labor :-)

3/26. 2cm, 50% effaced. Not sure about station.
I have GD, baby is close to 9lbs now, and I have extra fluid so my belly is enormous. My mom keeps saying "He's big enough, he needs to come out". Big enough doesn't mean developed enough. She can't seem to understand that.

Most annoying thing is everyone saying how she needs to hurry up and come cause they want to meet her or that I must have made her too comfy. I can't tell you how many times I have heard those 2 things some times I get both.

Everyone just keeps saying they don't think I'll make it to my due date. And I've been hearing about how incredibly big my belly is for months! I'm sure there will be more as I get a little closer to my date

Not too annoying, but today I went to the gym for an hour, and had 6 missed calls and 4 text messages from my mom. She was all freaking out when I called her back and said she was getting ready to call the hospital and thought I was going to call her to tell her to meet her grand-daughter. Dramatic much!

. None really people just keep commenting that they know hell be here by the 17th, it's just annoying having people guess all the time.

I won't know about dialation, effacement, or station until Thursday. My doctor doesn't check until my 39 week appointment.
Haven't had too many annoying comments. I've felt like I would be late the whole pregnancy so .... but I started maternity leave this week so I'm starting to get antsy. :

was in the hospital this last weekend for elevated bp to collect urine, then platelets came back low (105). Went back to doc today bp stable 130/80, repeated bloodwork ( results Tom). Most annoying comment made, don't worry you won't be pregnant forever (I sure feel like it).

All of them! Stop asking me, how I feel, if I'm ready, when I think it will be, do I want it to be a boy or a girl, etc. Oh yes and then there is every person that has a March birthday asking me if I can try to have it on their birthday. Umm yeah because I can control when the baby comes!
Also, stop giving me advice. I appreciate that you care and want to help but I can't take it anymore!

Due Date: March 23rd (but my ticker states March 20th because that was the EDD I was eventually given and went with for the longest time until my delivering doctor changed it back to the 23rd. Whatever. lol)

The most annoying "you're still pregnant?" comment you've gotten so far!: "Still no baby?" by the cashier I saw at the grocery store the other day...and had seen just two days prior. Umm...yeah, if I had my baby in the last two days, I most certainly wouldn't be standing in front of you at the grocery store! Durr!

"Wow, he's REALLY low!" at my last exam Thursday.
Nobody has been super annoying yet, thankfully. We're just super anxious for him to get here!

Effaced: Dr never gives me a number, just that I'm a little softer.
Station: again no number. Just "yup I can feel her head!"
Most annoying comment: my 12 year old sister has been texting me every 6 hours since Friday night asking if I've had the baby. I just laugh though because I know she's on spring break and is just bored. I thought my water broke earlier but no it didn't and now I'm afraid I started something I'm going to regret. I'm expecting phone calls all day tomorrow asking if there's any news.

Pregnancy Station Don't know. Sometimes if feels like he has dropped, and sometimes he is still kicking my ribs. Breathing HAS been easier lately though.

Most annoying is MD switching due date three weeks ago to today and me arguing because I know when I conceived. So even with another week, I feel like I'm already late. Ugh!

I've gone into preterm labor 3 times. Once stopping anti-contraction meds 2 weeks ago they thought for sure he would be coming within days. He's still not here.

I was only checked once, the same day they did my Strep B. Back then, I was 1cm.
I had someone ask me if I was sure my due date was March 8th, not May 8th...
Due Date: March 26 [ticker is a little off b/c EDD was originally given to me as 3/22]
No idea about dilation, etc b/c I opted to have nothing checked at 36 and 37 week appointments. Will have my first check later today, but I feel nothing.
Most annoying comment = You're still here? from people at work.
ETA: I had my first intenal exam yesterday at 38w1d, and my cervix is "softening nicely" and the baby is "down there" but I am just barely dilated (not even a full cm).

Had a growth u/s two weeks ago though where they estimated the baby to be a large one (since had another u/s which, to me, seemed to give a more reasonable weight estimate), so now I feel like I'm already past due because of it!
No idea about dilation, etc. as I've had no checks yet (my choice), but I feel the same today as I did a month ago. She doesn't even feel like she's dropped yet!
Haven't had any super-irritating questions, but "How are you feeling?" is starting to get to me now. It's like people's way of asking, "So? When are you gonna have that baby?!" .. as if I know and am keeping it a big secret.
