Madeline Mae or Madeline Belle please?

which name sounds better to you guys.. Madeline Mae or Maddie Mae for short

or Madeline Belle with Maddie Belle nickname?

    They're both a little too cutesy for my taste but...Maddie Belle doesn't remind me of a Rod Stewart song.

    To be brutally honest, when I hear the mn Belle it makes me think of a cow.

    On the other hand, I think Madeline Mae, is fairly "cutesy."

    If you aren't going to call her "Maddie Mae" all the time, then go with Madeline Mae, nn "Maddie."  If' you're looking for a mn that you can use as a two-word name along with Maddie, I say keep looking.

    Madeline Mae- with a different spelling is my ExMIL full first and last name

    Madeline Belle- makes me think of Maybelline the Makeup brand

    I like both middle names! If this baby is a girl her middle name will be Mae but I also love Belle. I think for the flow of Madeline, I like Madeline Mae. Did I mention I love alliteration?
